RESTORATIVE YOGA
A nurturing practice using props to fully support the body in restful poses. Restorative yoga allows you to release tension, calm the nervous system, and find deep relaxation.
Restorative Yoga is all about rest, renewal, and gentle healing. Using props such as bolsters, blankets, and cushions, the body is fully supported in each posture, allowing you to relax deeply without effort or strain.
Unlike active yoga, Restorative Yoga focuses on calming the nervous system, reducing stress, and restoring balance. Poses are held for longer periods of time, encouraging the body to release tension while the mind settles into stillness. This practice is especially beneficial for women experiencing fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, or recovery from illness or injury.
It’s not about flexibility or strength — it’s about allowing yourself to be cared for. Each class creates a nurturing environment where you can completely let go and give your body the chance to recharge.
Restorative Yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of age or ability, and offers one of the most powerful tools for stress relief and inner calm.
It’s your invitation to pause, breathe, and give yourself permission to rest — deeply and completely.
