Drawing on my psychotherapy background, I support women in navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. Sessions focus on understanding your challenges while gently uncovering new perspectives and strategies that bring relief and clarity.
Unlike traditional “clinical” approaches, these sessions are grounded in warmth and connection. You’ll feel seen and heard without pressure, advice, or expectation. Instead, we work together to help you build greater resilience, self-awareness, and confidence.
